I have over 240 hours with multiple playthroughs and I don't understand how this happened, never used any sort of cheat on this game. I still have my enhanced wolven chest piece in my storage. I'm saying I looted the actual chest piece of the armor, not the diagram, inside a chest. I have all the other witcher school armor upgrade to superior and all the diagrams of wolven school, except from the base ones. This section covers finding the enhanced diagrams for the boots, armor, and silver sword. If you're saying you spawned in the armor and looted it then you're still going to have the quests for the diagrams because you haven't found the diagrams, you just spawned in the armor piece since Witcher School gear isn't a drop from monsters/quests save for Teigr from 'Where the Cat and Wolf Play' and Venomous Viper Steel/Silver Swords from HoS. Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 1 is a treasure hunt in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. You can find the Diagrams without having the quest, if you have the quest be sure to check which level of armor it's for (Basic, Enhanced, Superior, Master, Grandmaster) if you still have the quest then there's still a piece you're probably missing.
